The sub buns are always fresh good-tasting sub but I didn't think anybody could slice a tomato that thin

Owner let's 15 yr old girls run the business we had two messed subs wouldn't even look at them to see what we were talking about just said we know we made them right there's nothing we can do for you! I'll go to the romulus Nemo's from now on horrible attitude towards your customers.

Best subs anywhere and the service was great! Definitely worth the trip from Toledo!

First time we were ever there. We had the oil and vinegar for the steak and cheese sandwiches placed on the side. On second thought we probably should have had the oil and vinegar added while at Nemo's. It was a pretty dry sandwich. Really wanted to love it.

I ordered the traditional sub. Bread was very stale, they coat all subs in vinegar... So if you're not a vinegar goblin then you probably won't enjoy it. The owner of the sub shop isn't even named Nemo! Let alone a Captain!! #CaptainPhoney!

I have been going here since I was a kid. We used to love when our dad would come home with a pizza sub with extra cheese! Never any issues and the food is always good. I’ve personally never had any issues with the customer service. As a side note- I have noticed on several occasions customers being extremely rude to the employees. People- it’s a sub shop. The menu is clearly listed and tells you what comes on the sandwiches. Take two seconds to read it!

Yikes!! Same cook top with other meats so she fished out steak that she had cooked for someone else from my egg!! They shd at least space out meats from veg or egg on the grill.She 1st put egg down then the veg to fry..so egg was overcooked n veg hardly caramelized! Shd b other way around.My 1st time here, I'm sure won't be my last! Loved the concept of the egg omlette, the only downside was it was INEDIBLE due to the SALT content..so next time I just have to say no salt or easy on the salt!! Felt really bad dumping an otherwise delicious samich..

I have been subs here for 42 years. Somehow I have Never gotten sick of them. I in fact still crave them! There is nothing like them anywhere! My favorite right now is Pizza with double meat, everything on it, extra seasoning and dressing.

I hadn't been here in over 25yrs and it still taste the same GREAT!!!

A small gem! Finally stopped in today. Seems like a family business. Extremely great customer service! Amazing steak sub! One of the best I’ve had. Bread is so soft and fluffy. The staff really good off this great food. I’ll be back...often!

I really like the taco some and most experiences are pretty good. They employ a lot of young girls from Belleville high school and most of them are very hard-working. The only bad thing about Captain Nemo's is the price. The subs are pretty average and they cost a surprisingly large amount of money. Regardless, it seems like a smaller, homier business that can be nice to come to, not to mention it supports younger girls trying to get into business. Pretty good.

Friendly service, great subs!

The food is okay but service is terrible. I asked the employee to cut my 16” sandwich in half after she wrapped in the paper so I don’t have to unwrap the paper in the car to share with my husband. She simply refused to do it.Subways cut their sandwiches in half after wrapped in the paper. Jersey Mikes do it too. It’s just convenient for customers.

This place use to be very good, I called in my order, 3 whole Pizza Subs, 2 with extra everything and 1 regular, we only receive 2, 1 with extra everything was dry as a Sahara Dessert. It wasn't what we ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED

An Awesome Sub place to eat ! Except that their Sub bread is to Much on the hard side of bread . And Too dry, Mainly the bottom half of the Sub bread !I don't Like it that way Myself. I don't know about U ??And another thing, you don't get your Choice of bread . Like having a Really good healthy Wheat 9 grain bread . Not to mention it's healthier for you, but it's Moister , and More FLAVOR ! BUT THEIR FILLINGS ARE GREAT ! AND THEY HAVE HOT & COLD SUBERINE SANDWICHES CHOICES ! This place is not what it used to be. they use the excuse of a meat shortage to not put any meat on your sub and the bread is dry and stale I’ve been going here for years but will take the extra drive to the Romulus location

Better than Subway, because its appears to be a smaill business, the spiced salt is unique and lovely!

I’ve been eating at this establishment since the late 1980’s. The food is always awesome and the service excellent. I make the trek back home a few times a year just for their pizza sub! Highly recommend!

my favorite sub place & this location has the best service. I stop by anytime I pass by belleville.

I am so disappointed. We came from downriver to get our favorite subs because all the ones near us closed. Ordered 1 double traditional, 1 double turkey and 1 single turkey with meat & cheese ONLY. The order was 36.00$. Well they put mayo on the single that was for my granddaughter who HATES mayo. Then we talked about the double and she said there was mayo on it, I said that one was fine. My daughter repeated the order twice, turkey and cheese only, nothing else on the single. She took it back and asked them to make it correctly. The woman refused and wanted her to pay for another sub! A 25 min. drive, gas cost and 36.00$ for 2 subs! This was a test run for a very large order we were going to place this weekend for family. We will no longer be frequenting Captain Nemos. Very bad business practice.
